We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the services according to the agreed scope, requirements, and package purchased.
Any work requested outside the original scope of a package may require an additional fee.
3. Payments
All applicable service fees must be paid according to the payment terms presented at the time of purchase or agreed upon between you and eBookManagers.
Work may begin once the required payment has been received and the necessary project information has been provided.
Prices and service packages may be changed or updated by eBookManagers at any time. Changes will not affect services that have already been purchased unless otherwise agreed.
4. Refund Policy
48-Hour Refund Eligibility
At eBookManagers, we want our customers to feel confident when purchasing our services.
Any service purchased from eBookManagers is eligible for a refund if the refund request is submitted within 48 hours of the payment being made.
To request a refund, you must contact us within this 48-hour period and provide the relevant order or payment information.
After 48 Hours
After 48 hours from the time of payment, the purchase becomes non-refundable, and we will generally not be able to issue a refund.
However, customer satisfaction remains important to us.
If you are dissatisfied with your package after the 48-hour refund period, eBookManagers may work with you to address your concerns and make reasonable adjustments or provide appropriate assistance toward achieving 100% satisfaction with the package you purchased, subject to the original scope of the service.
This may include reasonable revisions, adjustments, clarification of deliverables, or other appropriate solutions.
Work Already Started
If work has already commenced during the 48-hour refund period, any refund request will be reviewed based on the circumstances and the work already performed.
Where appropriate, eBookManagers may offer an alternative resolution, such as revisions, adjustments, or partial reimbursement.
5. Revisions and Client Feedback
Our services may include revisions depending on the package purchased.
Clients are expected to provide clear and timely feedback so that requested revisions can be completed efficiently.
Significant changes to the original concept, manuscript, instructions, or project requirements may be treated as additional work and may incur additional charges.
6. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and materials necessary for your project.
You confirm that any manuscript, text, images, photographs, logos, or other materials you provide to eBookManagers are either:
Owned by you; or
Used by you with appropriate permission or licensing.
You are responsible for ensuring that the materials you provide do not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, copyright, or other rights of another person or organization.
7. Ghostwriting Services
For ghostwriting projects, eBookManagers may create original written material based on information, concepts, instructions, research, interviews, outlines, or other materials provided by the client.
The exact ownership and usage rights associated with a ghostwriting project will depend on the applicable service agreement and payment terms.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client is responsible for reviewing and approving the final manuscript before publication.
8. Editing and Formatting Services
Editing and formatting services are intended to improve the presentation, structure, readability, and technical preparation of your manuscript.
While we make reasonable efforts to provide professional work, no editing or formatting service can guarantee that a manuscript will be completely free from every possible error.
Clients should review and approve final files before publication or distribution.
9. Publishing and Distribution
eBookManagers may assist clients with publishing and distributing books through third-party platforms and retailers such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Apple Books, Kobo, and other available distribution channels.

Client-owned content remains the property of the client, subject to any specific agreements relating to ghostwriting, licensing, or other services.
